OORJAA OPEN AIR TERRACE

This is an open air terrace with a paddling pool(very shallow bath tub) and toilet facility.There are a series of doms embellished with flower patterns that you can view on the terrace providing a panoramic view of the metro, the garden , the sector , the Amity university and indeed the flora fauna. Amidst the night , this place becomes quite , peaceful and more serene that adds to its beauty . This is an open secluded space with a completely peaceful area and no disturbances whatsoever.Its a perfect space to plan a Dinner date and barbeque .

THE GARDEN AREA (Oorjaa - Saawan Baadho)

On the First Floor of the Bungalow , there is a beautiful ornamental garden with lush green grass surrounded with comfortable sand stone seating. To add to the beauty there is a swing over white marble flooring right in the middle of the garden to caress your mood. This ornamental garden under the nameof Sawan Bhado’ is surrounded with Mughal and Rajput Architecture ‘jharoka’ and ‘Jaali’.

In order to give you privacy and feel of royalty, the seating roof is covered with coloured glasses. During the bright sunny days, these glasses reflect their colours giving a perfect magical feel to the space like the Mughal palaces. This amorous architecture of the bungalow along with fully functional water fountains at floor and door level transport you to the era of Mughal palace garden. Such a Luxury can only be found here in ‘Saawan Badho’ .

THE WORK IN SPACE /STUDIO SPACE (‘OORJAA KARMA-STHALA’)

This WELL LIT and AIRCONDITIONED Studio space is a practice /rehearsal /box performance room for artists ,which can also be used for wedding sangeets , etc. as it has a WOODEN Dance flooring . This is a multipurpose space that can be used for theatre, acting studio space , Dance classes ,Aerobics ,Yoga and much more. The Spread of mirrors on the front wall allows each individual to be able to correct themselves Especially useful in Dance classes and in others too. IF NEEDED These mirrors can also be CONVENIENTLY covered AND UNCOVERED with the Black curtain . Attached are the changing rooms fitted with Lockers.

THE AUDITORIUM (‘OORJAA PRADARSHANI’ )

This STEPPED AIR CONDITIONED Auditorium can accommodate OVER FIFTY AUDIENCE(whilst sitting on floor) AND upto 30 – 40 audience members(ON CHAIRS). It is an intimate space with acoustic arrangement. TheSTAGE IS furnished with wooden floor that allows the performer to perform comfortably. It is a friendly space with comfortable arrangement for rigging the lights and a lighting control room as well. The BUILDING IS A Synthesis of Mughal AND MODERN Architecture that compliments the design and its space utilization. This space can also be used for video projection work as well .

THE OFFICE SPACE :

This is a MULTIPURPOSE leisure space for office work/ WAITING in the basement .This can be used as a waiting area as well as a rehearsal space. Moreover,here one can easily relax as well as complete the office work at peace with oneself. This space is separated from the Auditorium and the Studio space. It’s fully furnished with desk , tables , Chairs available for the comfort of the person working /for guests/public/Artists.
